Urgently Required !!! Marketing Staff
1. Prepare strategy for brand building, yearly marketing budget, promotion, sales forecasting and monthly and quarterly sales target in coordination with related marketing & sales teams 2. Prepare cycle wise promotional plan as per the strategy and ensure its implementation
3. Ensure effective new product launch
4. Occasionally provide training to field staff for product knowledge, proper planning and implementation of decided strategy and knowledge
5. Keep continually knowledge updated with new developments in the area of products and service in market
6. Conduct market research, collect data and analysis and interpret it and discuss the important conclusions with concerned seniors
7. Analyze market feasibility, SWOT for existing business and new business proposals
8. Participate in monthly/ quarterly conference, to present your own plan and product performance
9. Coordinate, support with other departments for smooth and fast business operation
Qualification:
1. Female, Age 25-35 years old. Thai nationality
2. Bachelor’s Degree of higher in Marketing or any related field
3. Good education background in Marketing, Business Administration. Master level preferred 4. At least 3 years working experience in Product Marketing, Product & Brand Management 5. Good knowledge and proven record of Product Marketing, Product & Brand Management 6. Initiative, proactive, hard-working, fast learning, prompt response and adaptable
7. Positive thinking, can do, attitude, well-organized and result-driven
8. Ability to work under high pressure and dynamic environment
9. Good command of English
10. Having Japanese skill would be an advantage.
