Shop Manager - 1 Position
• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Dealing with staff issues such as conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development
• Responds to customer’s complaints and comments
• Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other issues
• Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
• Responsible for Staff’s shifts
• Responsible for all cash in the shop
• Monitor the security of the shop
ระดับการศึกษา: Academic background: Bachelor degree
คุณสมบัติ:
Qualification: Responsible/ Honest/ Team Leading skills/ Hard working /able to handle multi-task/ 10-15 years experience in retail business (Beauty/make up/ cosmetic is preferable), direct experience in cosmetics filed will be a plus.
