Leasing Manager - Local Mall & Media Management
Responsibility:
• To deliver food and non-food income to achieve target.
• To negotiate all long term leasing contracts to maximise occupancy and profitability.
• To utilise the analysis of food and non-food performance (tenant analysis & business review) to accomplish strategies and action plans to increase growth from existing tenants, strengthen team relationship and acquire better / new tenants to match customer satisfaction.
• To increase mall income by selecting better tenant mix in each store location and follow up their operation by shop visits and tenant outstanding payment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing or any related fields
• 5 years leasing experience or selling consumer products
• Strong negotiation skills and customer service mind
• Analytical Skills
• Initiative thinking
• Ability to plan, organise work, and work under pressure
• Marketing and consumer products selling skills are an advantage
• Good command of English and computer literacy
• Able to travel alone throughout Thailand
